I have booked this hotel several times, and I would happily book it again.

I have booked this hotel several times, and I will happily chose again. The location and view is phenomenal and the beds are very cosy for a good-night sleep after long day of walking and sight-seeing.

I have stayed in a quiet room. Only down-side was an noisy guest. For two nights in the row, there was another guest on the phone in the corridor in front of my room, for several hours. She did not stop being noisy, despite me kindly asking her to turn her phone call and noisy speaking down.

Uncomfortable pillows

I like the laundry facility and the hotel proximity to almost all shopping area and restaurants.

The hotel should offer pillow menu as some guests may have issue with very soft pillows. I had a hard time sleeping with pillows provided. They offered an alternative which was so hard as well.. it was extremes.

Strategic location

Nice location near Myeongdong Street, not too close but not too far either and with easy access to everything. Staff were helpful and receptive to our requests.

Not a complaint, but if there was a spa, it would've been perfect.

The room was very small. Not many toiletries, paper cups only, not glasses. Elevators very slow, even though they have 3, you had to wait a lot.

Perfect location with great comfort, a friendly hotel team and a wonderful restaurant!

I really like the location of the hotel and how calm and quiet the atmosphere inside the hotel is. After a busy day exploring cultural sites, having a good rest in the hotel to start afresh in the morning, this place is perfect!

I don't know why, but the TV turned on by itself in the middle of the night at 02:42h in the morning. It was a sudden shock and I turned it off, but could not fall asleep after wards.

Good hotel and location

Location is very central to all tourist attractions in Seoul, either a walk, bus, or subway ride away. Also bus stations and train station just 2 mins walk away. 7 Eleven located on the ground floor with lots of cafes on the main road. Reception staff were very helpful. They easily refunded one night of stay under a separate booking when I had a change in plan. No fuss at all.

The bathroom in my room is on the smaller side. Mattress is too firm for my liking. However, this is reflective of all the hotels I have stayed in Korea - all 5 of them.

Great location

The beds were really comfy. Quiet at night despite being in the middle of the city. Close proximity to Myeongdong!

Given the price of this hotel, it was to our surprise that many of the toiletries were not available (e.g. toothbrushes, shower caps, razors etc). The electronic toilet seat was alarming whenever we sat on it and it took the staff a long while before they came fix it.

Great value and excellent customer service in a good location.

The rooms are quite large for this part of Seoul. Staff are super helpful, from the front desk to the taxi stand! The staff really make this hotel superior. Great customer service! I was impressed that the laundry room was very clean too.

Overall, my stay was very good. If I had to say one thing, it would be that the toilet becamed clogged with a small amount of toilet paper. It was a little embarrassing to have to call for help, but I guess this is common in Seoul.

Great location, and a super-friendly hotel staff!

The bed was super comfy, I asked for a quiet room and the hotel staff helped me find a calm and quiet room.

Due to the air-conditioning, the room air is quite dry, which can cause dry coughs in the night-time.
